Eric provided deck pressure washing. Eric replied to our phone call promptly, and scheduled an appointment to come to our home during our initial call. At our appointment we were provided an outline of the services to be performed, education on to what could and could not be done, a printable estimate, and a date to provide the requested services. We found his estimate to be in-line with other estimates we received for this project. We went with Eric because his personality was great, he was honest and knowledgeable, and he seemed interested in the job. Eric showed up to the job on time, brought his own equipment, and got started immediately. He was professional, efficient and detailed oriented. No time was used for breaks or rest, and he brought his own beverages so he declined our offers for something cool to drink.
